Refund policy

All of our products are made-to-order and unique to you. At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please verify correct size, color, and style before making your purchase.

If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. 

Please refer to your email that you receive after your purchase to report any defects or issues.

If you suspect that there is a shipping issue (product doesn't progress in transit or doesn't end up getting delivered), let us know and we'll try to find out what's happening.
